Wildag is a Captain in Swartt's horde but secretly allies himself with the would-be mutineer Lardtail. They are spied on by Trattak who reveals their plans to Swartt, and the warlord forces Lardtail to force-feed Wildag an entire dead crow (Krakulat's mother). The unlucky ferret ends up choking to death, and Lardtail is executed by Marbul and Scarback for "murdering" a Captain.
