Wilbee is a young resident of Salamandastron and member of the Long Patrol who joins Rake on the trip to the High North Coast to strike an alliance with the Rogue Crew Sea Otters. While gathering some firewood he runs into a fleeing Crumdun, reporting this to his superiors which leads to the stoat's capture. He later participates in the Battle of Redwall, during which he is slain by Razzid's crew.
