Whulky is an older resident of Green Isle and member of the Wildlough clan. He is the presumed relative of Alem, Banjon, Corriam, High Queen Rhulain Wildlough, Runa, and Tiria, has a wife, and forced into slavery after getting captured by Felis's army. Along with his good friend Chab he attends a meeting at the Standing Stones in which Zillo claims that their saviour the High Queen Rhulain will arrive and free them from tyranny. When they return to Felis's fortress the following morning (it is unknown why they come back but it could be due to the fact that they know Felis would stop at nothing to hunt them and their families down) they are discovered by some catguards but refuse to reveal any information, so along with Chab's family he and his wife are tied to the pier for the night; they are threatened with the fate of being thrown to Slothunog if they still do not speak by the morning. Memsy alerts Leatho about the dire situation so he and some others free the group, taking them to the coast. After the final battle he is named a Water Bailiff for Tiria.
