Whipscale is a resident of the Great South Stream who lives here with his friend Deathcoil. They have a nasty habit of tormenting passing travelers, causing Big Club to dislike them. They are whisked away in a river under a mountain, through Bat Mountpit, and into the Toadlands where they assist in capturing Martin's group. Although his death is not specifically mentioned he is presumably eaten by Snakefish.
