Whidge is an old and skinny member of Plugg's crew who originates from the Northlands. Upon orders from Kurda, he is knocked unconscious by some Ratguard soldiers who then tie him to a stake to be used as bait for the three Brockhall adders. When he awakens and realizes his predicament he starts to complain, resulting in an annoyed Tazzin gagging him with his own belt. Unfortunately this move causes him to suffocate to death, and though none of the vermin realize it the adders do and ignore him when they attack.
