Voogal is a resident of Irgash Isle and member of Razzid's crew. Along with Ricker he is sent out to pursue an escaped Posy and Uggo, tracking the hedgehog pair through a horrible-smelling marsh but having not much success. They decide to take a break while figuring out their next move but are suddenly attacked by Sircolo, who slays Ricker and carries him off. A terrified Voogal runs and ends up bolting straight into a GUOSIM camp where Dandy knocks him unconscious. Upon awakening he tells the shrews all about Razzid's plans as he reveals that he holds no loyalty to the evil Wearat, and he is later handed over to the Fortunate Freepaws who plan on teaching him good manners. He and Crumdun are the only members of Razzid's crew to survive, and along with the stoat he is considered to be a "grey character".
