Udara - a genus of butterfly - is a resident of a massive stone outcrop he calls Rockwood. His surname is presumably derived from the fact that he cannot fly, an inability he is born with (though this does not bother him at all), and he kills enemies on the ground. Fleetscut is led to him by Jukka's tribe in hopes of gaining information about any hares who may have walked through the area, and after agreeing to a bargain Udara gives him a bark scroll that had been dropped; this scroll contains details on the location of Bucko's court.
