Tutty is a resident of Mossflower who lives with her family aboard a raft that travels up and down the Great South Stream. She is the wife of Duddle, mother of Arundo and Clematis, and helps Bryony and Togget in their search for Veil by taking the pair down the river. They later transport Sunflash to the Abbey.
