Trey is a Dibbun of Redwall and considered to be the Abbey's youngest mouse. While playing at the walls with Durby and Feegle he witnesses them fall, fleeing back into the main building to alert an older creature. Some time later he is nibbling on some strawberries in the Orchard when he finds a lilac-smelling green cloths, handing it to Mhera and saying he doesn't know how it got there when she asks if he knew who placed the cloth.
