Toobil is a rascally infant of Green Isle where he lives with his family. He is the presumed descendant of Finnbarr, son of Kolun and Deedero, brother of nine, and nephew of Lorgo. Along with his siblings he helps to row Rustynail and, after Felis's death, is the first to spot the returning clans and runs inside Holt Summerdell's cave to alert his mother.
