Togget is a young resident of Redwall where he lives with his best friends Barlom and Bryony. He is the great-grandson of Old Dinny, grandson of Dinny, and ancestor of Foremole (Redwall and Mattimeo). Although he believes Veil is evil, he joins Bryony on the trip to bring the banished ferret back to the Abbey. He suffers an arrow to the shoulder during battle at Bat Mountpit and is later named Foremole.
