Tibbro is a GUOSIM member who lives with her tribe in Mossflower. She survives the brutal ambush by Razzid's crew and swims down the River Moss, though she ends up getting stuck in bankmud. After Kite finds and rescues her, she tells the Long Patrol and Rogue Crew Sea Otters what happened.
