Tazzin is a resident of an unknown place and member of Plugg's crew who often serves as an assassin due to her skills in throwing knives. She openly expresses her dislike for Riftun, commenting that she would like to kill him, and helps in capturing the three Salamandastron runaways. She almost follows through on her orders to slay them but doesn't thanks to Scarum's antics, which saves him and his two friends as the corsair finds him rather funny. The following night she is knocked out by Shogg and Triss, who take two of her knives and free the trio. After the deaths of both Plugg and Slitfang she becomes an unofficial leader of the Freebooters.
