The Snow Badger is a mysterious being who, according to legend, makes the snow fall by sending Snow Hares to the ground. He is also responsible for frosting windows. Any creature who sees him is given crystal drops wrapped in a piece of parchment with a riddle written upon it, and the only two known beasts who have met him are Bulbrock and Bungo.
