Slinkback is a spear-wielding solider in the Thousand Eye Army who serves under Brogg and presumably originates from the Northlands. Along with Foulwhisker and Whegg he attempts to desert Kotir when the CORIM start the flood but stopped when Tsarmina kills the former.
