Skullface is a Captain in Cluny's horde and, when the horse pulling the cart stops due to exhaustion, randomly picked by the Scourge to bite the beast so it will keep running. He hesitates as he fears the horse will bite him back, but Cluny viciously beats him with his long tail until he agrees. When he leaps onto the horse's back the beast gets spooked and suddenly bolts forward, resulting in the unlucky rat falling onto the road and getting run over by the cart. Skullface is the first character to die in the series.
