Skulka is a bow-wielding soldier in the Rapscallions army who, along with Gromal and a group of others, leaves on a scouting expedition prior to Gormad's death. Upon meeting Tammo she keeps an arrow pointed at him while Gromal prepares to steal his items, but they are attacked by Russa and only spared because Tammo begs his squirrel friend to let them go. Later that night the two ferrets attempt another assault but Gromal is killed by Russa, and Skulka escapes. She is later slain by Perigord's group.
