Skrabblag is a gigantic resident of the very far south who lives here until he is captured by Gabool and Greypatch. They bring him to Terramort where he is thrown into a huge pit within Bladegirt, causing him to despise Gabool and desperately wanting to kill him due to many seasons of cruel imprisonment. He is often used by the King to get rid of enemies such as Fishtail and Flogga, and during the Battle of Terramort he attacks Rawnblade when the Badger Lord is tricked by Gabool and falls into the pit. Rawnblade, suddenly galvanized by Martin's spirit, grabs the scorpion by his tail and throws him out of the pit - and right onto Gabool. An enraged Skrabblag then stabs the King multiple times with his venomous stinger, resulting in Gabool dying almost instantly. As the massive scorpion turns to face Mariel's friends he is chopped in half by Dandin with Martin's sword. Skrabblag is considered to be a "grey character" and is the only member of his species to appear in the series.
