Skinpaw is a spear-wielding slaver in Slagar's gang and the only one who has been in a traveling circus, thus he plays a big role during the "performance" at Redwall. He is wounded by Halftail during the mutiny near Loamhedge's ancient ruins and is one of five to survive the fight. Along with the other four he is banished by Matthias and Orlando.
