Setiva is the older thin-voiced Infirmary Keeper who carries a blackthorn stick and wears a shawl. She is presumably from the Northlands as she has a thick northern accent, and known to be quite strict. Initially she struggles to understand Buffle's garbled speech but later learns to translate his words.
