Rukky is an ancient resident of an unknown place who has silver-white fur and wears a long cloak with shiny trinkets sewn onto it. She loves receiving more of these as well as pans of watershrimp and hotroot soup as payment for her healing skills, which are considered to be top notch as she can nurse a creature on the brink of death back to health. For an unknown reason she dislikes being touched and is sought out by Skipper (who has known her since Dibbunhood) to heal a severely wounded Deyna. While she agrees she refuses to accept Sawney's dagger, saying that since it has shed blood she will not touch it. In addition to healing the otter's arrow wound to his chest, she removes the Juskarath tattoos from his face as well as the birthmark on his paw.
