Roggan is a resident of Green Isle and member of the Streamdiver clan who participates in battle against Felis's army after Leatho's capture. He is asked by Banya to take his tribe and the Wavedogs to the left side of the fortress lake, while Kolun and the Wildloughs move to the right.
