Riptung is a sword-wielding resident of Terramort and Captain of Nightwake who participates in the failed pursuit of a deserted Greypatch. Upon returning to the corsair island and heading inside Bladegirt he realizes that Gabool's insanity has snapped, and later attempts to chase after Waveblade when he realizes she is being stolen by Mariel's group. Along with Grimtooth and Hookfin he commands the rats during the Battle of Terramort and is killed by Dandin with Martin's sword.
