Rigglent is a Guard Commander in the water rat army that serves Silth's family on Marlfox Island, and wields a shield and spear. While participating in a parade under the High Queen's supervision he accidentally drops his shield during a pause and immediately interrogated by Silth, who demands he tells her if he has seen the mysterious White Ghost. When he answers no she assumes he has been sleeping during his shifts and has Athrak throw him to the Teeth of the Deeps.
