Rangapaw is a javelin-wielding resident of Mossflower and a lead member of her father Skipper's crew. She takes charge of the search for the three missing Dibbuns, participates in battle at Saint Ninian's Church against Scruvo's gang (in which she kills the aforementioned bird), helps Auma to buried a murdered Piknim, and helps to find Viola.
