Ragfen is a sword-wielding soldier in Nagru's horde who originates from the Land of Ice and Snow. While trying to stop Gael's family from escaping Floret he is knocked unconscious when the King shoves Sourgall into him. He later participates in attacking Mariel's friends when they are trapped at the top of the north tower.
