Pinny is a well-built wanderer of Mossflower (though she is originally from Redwall but leaves after being accused of thievery) who wears am embroidered apron and possesses excellent cooking skills. She is the presumed relative of Drogbuk, Twoggs, and Uggo, and like them she can be a bit gluttonous. While walking around the woodlands she meets the GUOSIM, Long Patrol, and Rogue Crew Sea Otters who are following an intoxicated Drogbuk to the Abbey. She offers to take them the remainder of the way, cooking meals for the group and knitting a warm piece of clothing for Drogbuk after he loses his quills.
