Pennybright - often called Penny - is a young resident of Salamandastron and member of the Long Patrol. She expertly wields a bow and javelin, is a swift runner, and acts as a scout with Oxeye and Sapwood. They are captured by Klitch but she escapes and heads back to the mountain fortress to tell Urthstripe.
