O'Cragg is a large resident of Salamandastron and Colour Sergeant in the Long Patrol who wields short swords. He is barrel-chested, has a loud voice, is the adopted son of Gorsebloom as he has no memory of his biological parents, and joins Tiria on the trip to Green Isle. While sailing to the island he tells Tiria that the stars are the spirits of fallen warriors and recites a poem Gorsebloom teaches him. After taking her and the others to Holt Summerdell, he returns to Salamandastron.
