Nipwort is a squeaky-voiced soldier in Badrang's army who wields a spear and used to be part of Clogg's crew. Along with Frogbit he often acts as walltop guard, and he is later ordered to drag Gurrad's body into the Prison Pit as well as access the slaves' escape tunnel. He guards a captured Clogg who is ordered to dig graves for slain soldiers and serves as Badrang's messenger during the Battle of Marshank, though he is temporarily knocked out by a slingstone every time he attempts to communicate with the Fur and Freedom Fighters. While his death is not specifically mentioned he presumably dies in the final battle.
