Murfo is a young member of the Dunehogs tribe who lives with them on sand hills south of the North Shores. He is the son of Dunespike and initially thinks Martin's group are Sea Rogues, so he dresses up as a spirit in hopes of scaring them off but quickly realizes they are friends when the mouse Warrior knocks him over.
