Mayon is a GUOSIM member who wields a shrew rapier and lives with his tribe in Mossflower. He participates in defending Redwall against the Marlfoxes and, at one point, is captured by the vermin. Despite his situation he hurls insults at them and is eventually rescued by the Abbey inhabitants.
