Lugsnout is a large resident of Irgash Isle and crew member aboard Greenshroud who wields a spear. While the ship is charging across the flatlands towards Redwall's main gates he and three other ferrets are ordered by Razzid to watch Jiboree and Mowlag, who are responsible for bridging the ditch. If they fail, he and his pals are to kill them and take their place.
