Late Rose

This flower - so called because it blooms later than others and also named in memory of Rose - is originally planted by Grumm on Rose's grave. Many seasons later a spring from the plant is brought to Redwall by Aubretia and Bultip as a gift for the residents. Simeon plants the flower in a special place on the Abbey grounds, and when Cluny steals Martin's tapestry its buds wilt until the tapestry is returned to Redwall.
