Kolam is a member of Brog's holt who lives with them on the Southern Coast. Along with Durvy and Spraydog he joins Brog on the trip to steal ropes from Trunn's fleet, which are later used to rescue the trapped hares in Salamandastron. He later joins the Bark Crew.
