Klitch is a young resident of the Southwest Lands who wields a pike and short sword. Like his father Ferahgo he has brilliant blue eyes and a charming smile, both of which he uses to his advantage. He wears a yellow tunic, woven belt, bone bracelets, and lays on the charm when he and his "friend" Goffa trick Mara and Pikkle into allowing them inside Salamandastron. Mara then convinces Urthstripe to let them stay for the night, thus allowing Klitch ample time to study the passageways and defense. He shows intelligence and often teases Ferahgo about his age, however the Assassin is secretly quite proud of his son and does give him some control over the army. After the Battle of Salamandastron he finds himself lost within the mountain's tunnels and happens upon a barrel of water, drinking some as he is thirsty. He then suddenly grows very tired, lays down, and dies as the water had previously been poisoned by Farran upon orders from Ferahgo in hopes of killing Urthstripe and his hares.
