Julian is a large resident of his family farm located in southeastern Mossflower who lives here with Snow. He is the last living descendant of Gingivere, Mortspear, Sandingomm, Trunn, Tsarmina, and Verdauga. He has a high-pitched voice, turquoise eyes, does not eat meat (though he will dine on fish), and once good friends with Snow until they get into an argument over the owl's eating habits. He helps Matthias on his quest for Martin's sword by giving him a ride on his back and taking him to where Snow lives, and after the young mouse kills Asmodeus and recovers the famous sword he and the owl reconcile. They later kill any surviving soldiers of Cluny's horde.
