Iron and Cord

This deadly weapon - consisting of pieces of iron grave railing tied to a short cord - is used by Cluny's horde during their ongoing assault against Redwall. It is twirled above the wielder's head then released it at a very fast speed. It can also be thrown extremely high to the point where the defenders can no longer see it, only realizing the danger because of its high-pitched whistling sound. Constance often throws it back at the vermin, possibly inflicting even more damage because she can hurl it faster and with greater accuracy.
