Iraktaan is a vicious resident of the River Moss's ford and known to Fieldroan, who refers to him as "sticklegs of the feathered race" in his riddle. He does not hesitate to kill anything that moves and threatens Mariel's group but defeated by them. He later kills Stumpclaw and three other members of Greypatch's crew when they enter his territory.
