Hinso is a young resident of Green Isle and soldier in Felis's army who works under Yund. Along with her brother Balur she allies herself with Pitru and joins him on the trip to Deeplough to construct a barricade in hopes of stopping the otters from reaching Holt Summerdell. During the final battle she is killed by a berserk Cuthbert.
