High Queen Rhulain Wildlough is the first known ruler of Green Isle and wields a sling. She is the sister of Corriam, sister-in-law of Runa, ancestor of Banjon and Tiria, and possible ancestor of Whulky. While traveling to Salamandastron her ship is pursued by wildcats and strikes some rocks, allowing the cats to board her vessel. She is killed, Corriam is severely wounded, and the cats then conquer Green Isle. She appears in Tiria's dream alongside Martin, speaking to her descendant in riddles.
