Higgle is the Abbey Friar who lives here with his family. He is the descendant of Josh, grandson of Jabez and Rosyqueen, nephew of ten aunts, son of Jube, brother of Furlo, and husband of Teasel. Along with his wife he does his best to help the grieving Redwallers after Piknim's untimely death, and Fermald dedicates one of the Tears of all Oceans to him. He joins Martin II's group in investigating Graylunk's skeletal remains.
