Grobait is a member of the Juskarath clan who lives with them in northwest Mossflower and sports their facial tattoos, a black stripe down the muzzle with crimson dots on either side. Along with several others he joins Gruven on the pursuit of a deserted Deyna/Tagg, however while trying to cross a stream they are attacked by a school of hungry burbot. One bites onto his backside until Eefera kills it, then the vermin share it for dinner. The following morning, Grobait's back leg goes limp as the bite is now infected and he is left behind by Gruven as he cannot keep up. He is swept away during a wicked downpour that night and his bloated carcass is later discovered by Ruskem near his home.
