This fox band - so named because they live in a deep gorge - is led by Shang and wield stone bolas, though they highly value metal weapons. They are responsible for killing most of the Crow Brethren (including Krakulat and Bonebeak), and tricked by Swartt into joining his horde after he secretly kills Shang and gives them metal weaponry. The only other named member is Balefur.
