Foremole is the cheerful leader of Redwall moles who helps to defend his home against Greypatch's crew and rescues the oarslaves by digging a tunnel to their location. He is good friends with Gabriel, assists in cleaning up the Abbey after the corsairs are defeated, and is chosen by Martin to join Joseph on the trip to Southsward.
