Fleetleg is a resident of Salamandastron and member of the Long Patrol who wields a lance. He is the son of Learunner and brother of Crocus and Gorsepaw. When he is very young he suffers a terrible loss when his father and siblings are murdered by Gabool's corsairs, and his mother passes away less than a season later; Rawnblade raises him into adulthood where he tells him what happened. Along with Longeyes and Shorebuck he is patrolling the south beaches when he sees Waveblade's entire crew slain by a Bloodwrath-afflicted Rawnblade.
