Fleabane is a spear-wielding soldier in Badrang's army and former member of Clogg's crew. He is presumably promoted to Captain after Gurrad's death and helps to lead the fight against the woodlanders at some cliffs north of Marshank. Along with Findo he acts as a scout on the return trip and tell Badrang that Clogg has taken over the temporarily-abandoned fortress. In the final battle he commands the south wall where the Gawtrybe are attacking, and he and his group are killed by the squirrels.
