Fargil is a soldier in Gulo's horde who originates from the Land of Ice and Snow. He wields a curved sword and long dagger, and sent with Graddu along with Zerig's half of the army to spy on Redwall. He ends up being knocked out by Wonwill and sent back to camp with Graddu's body on his back as well as the warning that they should not attempt to attack. Zerig dislikes hearing this and kills Fargil when he tries to desert, grabbing a nearby ermine's spear and hurling it at him. He is then skinned and his pelt used as a war banner.
