Dukwina is the Queen of the Bloodrippers tribe who lives with them on some sand dunes. Despite her husband Dibby being King, she is the true leader and often forces the males (including him) to do work whilst she and the other females laze about. They are both stripped of their crowns by Ruggan and ordered to live amongst their tribe as servants.
