Dirgo is a well-built resident of Irgash Isle and crew member aboard Greenshroud. He wields a cutlass, dirk, and spear, and is knocked out by Uggo the night he and Posy escape. Some time later, when the ship gets a wheel caught on an underwater root while on the River Moss, he openly remarks about the trouble of having a wheeled vessel. Razzid hears this and forces him to swim under the ship so he can correct the problem, with the evil Wearat aware that a large pike is swimming around. An unlucky Dirgo is attacked and killed by the fish, and his death causes Shekra and a few other corsairs to plan a mutiny.
